Layers of Community

A photograph by West Pawlet photographer George Bouret is on the cover of the current issue of the Vermont Art Guide. Community is a recurring theme in George Bouret's fine art photography. He tends to choose locales, like an old diner or a snack bar, that evoke a sense of place that people inhabit, in which people come together. Bouret is also one of sixteen artists featured in the exhibition, “Connection: the Art of Coming Together”, which is on view through October 6, 2017, at the Vermont Arts Council Spotlight Gallery in Montpelier MORE
